Botanical Information: It is a shrub or woody plant from the Oliveaceae family, 1-4 meters tall, deciduous in winter or evergreen. Its leaves are lance-shaped and dark green in color. The flowers are clustered together on the terminal branches of the plant. Its flowers are white in color. There are about 200 species. Medicinal jasmine grows in our country. It has white flowers and is fragrant.
Places where it is grown: It grows in the Central Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions of our country.
Collection and Storage: It should be collected and drunk early in the morning when it blooms.
